For almost 25 years, "Yogi" Urban has been a familiar and friendly face around Helvi’s Flower House. Urban graduated from Sudbury Tech and later took a diploma course in secretarial and computer training. Originally a delivery person, she later moved inside the shop to handle clerical, sales and accounts receivable. Urban’s favourite flowers are daisies and spring bulb plants like tulips, iris, daffodils, and hyacinths. She is also fluently bilingual.
